This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and kis819 ("Platform"). By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms contained here.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact our customer support team to close your account.

Continued use of the platform after any amended terms are published is considered acceptance of those changes. kis819 will notify users of significant changes via in-platform notifications.

Users must be an individual who is at least 21 years of age, capable of entering into a legally binding agreement, and not located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited.

Each user is only permitted to register one account. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and all related accounts may be terminated if this violation is detected.

Users must provide true, accurate and complete information during registration, including full name as per identity card or MyKad, an active mobile number, and a valid email address.

The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to meet international licensing compliance requirements. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

All deposits into a kis819 account must use the payment methods listed above. Deposits made through unrecognised methods may not be processed and the funds may be held until verification is complete.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to another method that has been verified under the registered user's name. Transfers to third parties are not permitted.

In cases where a withdrawal takes longer than expected, users may contact customer service via live chat or email for a status update.

kis819 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that raise suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or a breach of these terms, until an internal investigation is completed.

A 100% welcome bonus up to RM300 is given to new users based on their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be approved.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you receive a RM100 bonus bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 which must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Another example: A deposit of RM800 yields the maximum bonus of RM300, bringing the balance to RM1,100. The wagering requirement is RM300 × 20 = RM6,000 which must be reached.

All promotions and special offers run by kis819 from time to time will have specific terms and conditions stated alongside the offer. Promotion-specific terms form part of this document.

The platform reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, use of automation software, or attempts to manipulate the promotions system.

The kis819 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.7%, Platinum up to 1.0%, and Diamond up to 1.2%.

Progress in the VIP programme depends on a user's wagering activity over time. The platform determines tier upgrade criteria internally and the platform's decisions are final.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on wagering activity within the set period and credited automatically. Any dispute relating to cashback must be raised within 7 calendar days.

Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. Keep your password secure and do not share your login details with anyone.

The collection, processing and storage of users' personal data is governed by the kis819 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read together with these terms.

By registering an account, you give kis819 permission to process your personal data for the purposes of service provision, identity verification, licensing compliance, and account-related communications.

kis819 will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties except as stated in the Privacy Policy or as required by law or the relevant licensing authority.

The kis819 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure the service functions properly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete freedom from technical errors.

kis819 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial loss resulting from wagering outcomes.

Should a dispute arise between a user and the platform regarding game outcomes, kis819's system records will be considered conclusive and valid evidence unless a technical error can be proven.

The kis819 platform operates under international licensing and these terms are governed by the laws of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

Any dispute should first be resolved through negotiation with the customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the relevant party has the right to use the alternative dispute resolution mechanism stipulated by the licensing authority.

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

All official communications between kis819 and users will be conducted via the user's registered email or through the in-platform messaging system. Please ensure your contact information is kept up to date.

Users may not use the support channel to send threatening, abusive or harassing content to support staff. This violation may result in access to support services being restricted.
